Another reason for my not visiting was I notice we as African Americans are not the ' BIG WINNERS' there.
For about 6 months to a year I stop coming to Charles Town. this is a quote ' The Asians, whites and Hispanic will always be winners here, we see to that, they spend a lot of money' I had to see who was doing all this talking and again it was two of your employees. I overheard a converation that really shocked me, I had my back to them so I could not see who was talking. The next time I visited Charles Town, I was setting in the food court drinking coffee in one of the booths. My first experience in Charles Town was at the promotion counter, a older white woman was registering me for a players card when she finished she did not say thank you and good luck ' she said now go and leave all your money here' I over looked that comment.
Driving 2 hour to Dover or 3 1/2 hours to Altantic City was getting old. I really enjoyed coming to Charles Town (1). I have been visiting Charles Town Races & Slots for about 2 years. First I would like to introduce myself, I am a 50 yr old African American woman.
